Furnace repair and maintenance in Mission Viejo

What fails most

Is yearly furnace maintenance worth it here?

For a furnace that runs only part of the year, a fall heating tune-up is mostly about catching the cheap failures before they leave you without heat: cleaning the flame sensor and burners, checking the igniter, testing the safety switches, checking the gas pressure and the flue, and measuring carbon monoxide. If your furnace is 15 years or older, or you have a gas appliance in a bedroom closet, it is worth doing every year.

Repair or replace an old furnace?
